This beautiful little road side park is a hidden gem. It is beautiful place to rest, recreate, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Some hiking trails pass through the park and I can't wait to visit again to explore more.

The road side park is nice, but it's a great place to start a hike. If you're up for a strenuous journey, head up Short Mountain for a panoramic view of the Ouachitas. You can also take the 4 mile loop to the left and have a less strenuous go of it.
